Become a Partner
Through partnership, employers can support career-connected learning while helping prepare the talent their organizations and communities will depend on.
Connecting education and industry
Baldwin Prep was built around the belief that students are better prepared when education stays connected to the real workforce around them. Baldwin Alliance helps make that connection possible by bringing employers, educators and community leaders together around shared workforce needs. Through the Alliance, industry partners can help shape career pathways, support student experiences and keep programs aligned with changing technologies, workplace expectations and regional opportunities.
Partners contribute more than financial support. They share knowledge, open doors to real-world experience and help students build the skills and confidence they need for college, technical training and the workforce.
